Case Packages & Bundles

Fixed-Fee Physician Case Intelligence for Litigation Budgets

Structured as one scoped engagement — one approval, one secure record transfer, one coordinated deliverable sequence, and one invoice. Packages are priced for scope simplicity and are not automatically discounted below the component services. A firm may classify the invoice as a case cost only where its engagement agreement and applicable law permit.

Plaintiff Attorney Packages
IME + Defense
IME Response Package
You've received a defense IME. This delivers the full deconstruction and the defense medical picture — what the IME physician got wrong, and what the defense will use at mediation.
  • IME Report Deconstruction — 10 sections, 20+ physician-authored deposition questions. 3–5 days.
  • Defense Medical Lens™ — Ranked defense pressure points, treatment necessity analysis, documentation action list. 48-hour add-on.

Pricing & Capacity Policy

Focused entry review

The $350 Case Viability Screening remains available as a tightly defined screen and may be credited toward a substantially overlapping larger engagement commissioned within 30 days.

Substantive new-client work

New-client substantive engagements generally begin at $750. Lower published amounts apply to tightly controlled report-only work or same-record add-ons where scope permits.

Priority timing

Priority review may be available from a 50% surcharge, subject to record volume, complete-file receipt, current capacity, and quality-control requirements. Availability is confirmed in writing.

Pre-Suit Firm Pilot

Three-Matter Pre-Suit Medical Demand Foundation Pilot

A controlled pilot for PI firms seeking recurring physician-authored medical substantiation before a demand is sent. Each matter is separately scoped for objective findings, treatment course, severity, function, prior-condition differentiation, documented future care, missing evidence, and anticipated carrier medical objections.

From $2,250 for three standard matters. Record-volume and complexity assumptions are written into the pilot. Any monthly capacity arrangement is offered only after actual review time and variation are measured.

How firms may account for the engagement

Medisprudence issues one invoice for the scoped engagement. Some plaintiff firms may classify that invoice as a litigation case cost, but treatment of the expense depends on the firm’s client agreement, governing law, ethics rules, and the case outcome. The operational benefit is one scope, one approval, and one invoice instead of separate procurement at each stage.

LNC Firm Partnership — Monthly Retainer

Monthly Capacity Retainer

For LNC firms with recurring physician-review referral volume, a monthly capacity retainer eliminates the per-case procurement decision entirely. One monthly invoice, a fixed number of physician-authored deliverables per month, predictable scoped pricing throughout.

  • Deliverables produced under your firm’s brand
  • One monthly invoice — fits your overhead budget structure
  • Rates reflect predictable volume, defined scope, and reduced administrative friction
  • Conflict checks at intake on every matter
  • Retainer tiers available from 4 physician-authored deliverables per month
